I build autonomous systems where AI, business, and people actually move the P&L.
Founder, AI Evangelist, Technologist. 20+ years stripping corporate bureaucracy to turn technical depth into high-margin scalable products.
- Founder, Chief of Innovation @ BID
- Presales Manager @ DGS
Technicalities are never the point.
They are just the code.
Everything is feasible.
Given enough compute and engineering, almost any system can be built. That is the easy part — and it's where the hype cycle stops thinking.
The hard question is what deserves to exist.
Strategy is violent editing. Choosing what NOT to build is a more powerful act than knowing how to code it.
Kill the Innovation Theatre.
Architecture without human adoption and clear margins is just expensive sculpture. Real innovation is Punk Management: radical pragmatism, zero corporate BS, and alignment of tech, teams, and business at the exact same speed.
The approach of a founder, the execution of an engineer, the rigor of a mathematician.
I started consulting at 20, gave my first international conference at 21, and never stopped breaking conventional frameworks. Computer engineering trained my architectural execution; university physics and statistics shaped how I model complex, chaotic problems.
My early years at SAS Institute taught me what enterprise rigor looks like from the inside — at a scale most people only read about.
In 2016 I founded BID Company to do it on my own terms: no corporate fluff, just pure high-margin delivery. Over the years we grew from 5 to 60 people, scaled through private equity, and eventually joined DGS Group, where I now lead the AI proposition.
Today, inside DGS, I orchestrate AI strategies that survive contact with industrial reality. I built and led innovation teams from 3 to 35+ people, managed €5M+ portfolios with strict margin control, and never stopped teaching, training and speaking — because nothing scales further than the people you grow around you.
Technology is the medium. Value is the output.
Four modes. One radical operating system.
I switch between them depending on what the moment needs — architecture, building, business, or people.
A high-conviction timeline.
- 20
Raw Execution
First consulting engagement. Solving enterprise problems before completing university.
- 21
Public Ideas
First conference talk. Began a lifelong practice of teaching, writing, and engineering in public.

Enterprise Scale
SAS Institute. Learning analytics and data architecture at scale.
- 2016
The Breakout
Founded BID Company. Building an AI and data house on my own terms.
- 5→60
Private Equity Velocity
Scaled BID Company into a premium scale-up, merging into DGS Group.
- NOW
Industrial AI Leadership
CITO & Head of AI @ DGS. Deploying complex AI infrastructure across major industrial sectors.

AI Week Milan
Sharing a decade of actual, deployed AI architecture. No slides, just systems.
Numbers that map to real execution.
High-performing engineers and scientists led.
Active innovation portfolio managed with strict margin control.
Innovation margins sustained. Profitable R&D, zero cost-center theatre.
Organic and PE-backed scale-up growth (BID Company).
Designing NLP & AI systems long before LLMs became a PR commodity.
Turning code and mathematics into enterprise equity.
If you are looking for generic commercial pitches, do not book a slot.
Let's sit down if:
- 01You are tired of AI demos that look brilliant in sandbox but collapse in production.
- 02You need a sparring partner to understand if an LLM, a Multi-Agent system, or an optimization model is what your business actually needs.
- 03You are a Founder, CTO, or C-Level trying to align engineering speed with corporate strategy without losing your mind in bureaucracy.
- 04You value direct, blunt, and highly technical conversations more than 50-page slide decks.
AI Week Milan is short. Let's make the conversation count.
Let's build something that compounds.
Pick the channel that fits. I read everything, I reply to most things, and I move fast on the right ones.
Live long and prosper.
